Cabaret Lighting Upgrade

For three seasons I was a Production Supervisor for the Yale Cabaret. One of the responsibilities of the PS is maintenance of the lighting inventory. However, this maintenance must be done in addition to supervising actual productions, yet within the allotted number of work-study hours assigned. During my first year in this position, I realized that the lighting units were 30+ years old, and the amount of maintenance required was not possible in the hours allocated. I therefore wrote a proposal for the complete replacement of the lighting inventory of the Cabaret, and it was approved. The following document is the proposal submitted. Further upgrades were executed over the next two years, including replacing the fresnels and purchasing additional barrels for the Source 4s.
